Do I have to wait until the end of the month/session to register?
Nope! Registration is open at any point in the month/session. All the classes are prorated, so you would not pay for classes that have past. If a desired class is full, you're able to join the waitlist until a spot opens up.
We've never been there, what should we do?
First off, welcome! We ask that you arrive about 5-10 minutes before the start of class. When you arrive, please check in with the front desk. After you are checked in, you can place any personal items in the coat room down the hall. Through here you’re able to enter the gym and wait for your coach to start the class. We offer viewing rooms located next to the coat room or up the stairs. Family members are welcome to stay and watch. When class ends you’re free to go!
What happens if we aren't able to make a class?
When classes are missed, your account will generate makeup tokens. These tokens can be redeemed for other classes throughout the week.
Who is the coach?
The coaches are listed for each class under the registration. To learn more about the coach, check out our 'Coaches' tab.
What should the athlete wear?
We recommend wearing
active-wear or gym clothes. Athletes typically wear a t-shirt and shorts with cheer shoes or bare feet.
Do you have class on the weekends?
We have class offered on Saturday mornings. We do not have classes on Sundays at this time.
